Office Cancellations
We know that circumstances may arise that make it necessary to cancel your child’s dental appointment. We ask for 48 hours notice if possible. Voice mail messages do not give us enough time to allow another child to use your promised time because other children need to be contacted to fill the time you asked us to reserve for your child so please call during office hours and talk directly with a member of our staff.
Because orthodontic appointments are usually cycled at four to six weeks, if you miss a scheduled appointment, it will usually take three to four weeks to reserve again and will probably extend the time your child will be in their braces.
We reserve the right to charge a fee for a missed or cancelled appointment.
